You can ask us to permanently delete all data RashiVaani holds about you. There are two ways:
Send the message DELETE (or मेरा डेटा हटाओ /
મારો ડેટા કાઢી નાખો) to the same RashiVaani number you chat with. We will confirm
and remove your data.
Email support@rashivaani.com from any address, telling us the WhatsApp number you used. We may ask for a quick confirmation to verify it’s really you.
Your profile (name, birth details, place), your stored birth chart, your entire message history, and your payment references. This is permanent and cannot be undone.
We complete deletion within 30 days of your request (usually much sooner), and confirm once done.
