Refund & Cancellation Policy

RashiVaani is a digital service — questions (credits) are delivered instantly to your WhatsApp and consumed as you ask. Because of this:

Consultation packs

Payments for consultation packs are generally non-refundable once any of the included questions have been used.

When we will refund

We will refund a payment if:

• you were charged but no questions were delivered due to a technical error, or
• you were charged more than once for the same purchase (duplicate charge).

Email support@rashivaani.com within 7 days of the charge with your WhatsApp number and the payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation

There is no subscription to cancel — consultation packs are one-time purchases and any unused questions simply expire after 7 days.
