RashiVaani is a digital Vedic-astrology service that provides guidance over WhatsApp. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can have it deleted.

Who we are

RashiVaani is operated by an independent individual creator (the “we”/“us” in this policy). You can reach us at support@rashivaani.com.

Information we collect

• Your WhatsApp phone number (so we can converse with you).
• Birth details you provide: name, date of birth, time of birth (if known), and place of birth — required to compute your Vedic birth chart (kundli).
• How you wish to be addressed (used for tone and certain calculations).
• The questions and concerns you share with us during the conversation.
• Message history between you and RashiVaani, to provide continuity.
• Payment records (amount, time, and a payment reference) when you purchase a consultation pack. Card/bank details are handled entirely by our payment processor and are never stored by us.

How we use it

Solely to compute your birth chart and provide personalised astrological guidance, to maintain conversation continuity, to process payments for consultation packs, and to operate and improve the service. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Service providers we share data with

To deliver the service, limited data is processed by:

• Meta / WhatsApp — to send and receive your messages.
• Anthropic — the AI that phrases the guidance (receives your question and chart facts).
• FreeAstroAPI — performs the astrological calculations from your birth details.
• Supabase — secure database where your profile and messages are stored.
• Razorpay — processes payments for consultation packs.

These providers process data only as needed to provide their function.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while you use the service. You can ask us to delete it at any time — see our Data Deletion instructions. We will delete your profile, birth details, and message history within 30 days of a request.

Security

Your data is stored on managed, access-controlled infrastructure (Supabase) and is accessible only to the service’s backend. We take reasonable measures to protect it.

Children

RashiVaani is intended for users aged 18 and above and is not directed at children.

RashiVaani provides astrological guidance for reflection and faith-based purposes. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Decisions you make are your own.

Changes

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date will change accordingly.
